That experience gave us something most frameworks lack: a view from the inside.

We saw capable people operating well below their potential. We saw organisations invest heavily in structure and process — and still struggle with engagement, burnout, and performance. The systems were in place. The capacity was not being released.

That gap is what Ignited was built to close.
